Wonder is welcome.
Unexamined claims aren’t.
The workshop builds tools for measurement and verification. This journal puts their results where they can be questioned—including the parts that make for an awkward introduction.
The pictures get to be fanciful. The tables have a different job. Every score needs a corpus, a scorer, a denominator, and a disclosure of what the test does not establish.
